The “Lucky Draw” is organised by Elush (T3) Pte. Ltd. (iStudio). All persons taking part in the contest agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Lucky Draw Rules

1. The Lucky Draw is open to all customers of iStudio from 1st December 2024 till 31st January 2025 (2359).

2. By participating in the Lucky Draw, each customer represents that he/she has met the eligibility criteria stated in these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions.

3. The “Lucky Draw Period” is stipulated in iStudio’s communications. Elush (T3) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the Lucky Draw Period any time.

4. To qualify, customers must;

(i) Subscribe to our newsletter and have an account with iStudio’s marketing database.

(ii) Spend a minimum of S$500 at any of our Retail Stores or iStudio Online using GrabPay or GrabPay Later.

(iii) Follow iStudio on Facebook and Instagram.

5. Only purchases that are considered complete and correct by Elush (T3) Pte. Ltd. will be eligible. Incomplete or illegible purchases will be disqualified.

6. The customer of the Lucky Draw (“Winner”) will be selected and announced on iStudio Singapore’s Facebook and Instagram.

7. Qualified winner will be contacted by Elush (T3) Pte. Ltd. and an announcement will be made on Facebook and Instagram. Participants shall ensure that they always remain contactable. If Elush (T3) Pte. Ltd. fails to contact the “Winner” within 7 days from the day of announcement for any reason whatsoever, it may at its sole and absolute discretion elect to determine another winner in accordance with the Lucky Draw mechanism.

8. The Prize will be subject to verification of the full satisfaction of Elush (T3) Pte. Ltd. Any Customers who do not comply with the Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

9. The Winner will be notified of the collection details by Elush (T3) Pte. Ltd. after the Lucky Draw Period has ended.

10. Elush (T3) Pte. Ltd.’s decision on all matters relating to this Lucky Draw will be final, binding and conclusive.

11. By participating in this Lucky Draw, you agree that any content submitted may be used by Elush (T3) Pte. Ltd. for its marketing, promotional purposes and activities in connection to this Lucky Draw and you grant Elush (T3) Pte. Ltd. a non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license in the content for such limited use.
