Reservations

Items will only be reserved (without payment) for a maximum duration of 3 days from confirmation date of reservation, after which, product will be released for sale – e.g. reservation confirmed on 1st December, product will be reserved till the 3rd of December and released back for sale on the 4th of December

Newly launched products are not available for reservation unless otherwise stated, or items have been pre-ordered prior through www.istudiosg.com or through iShopChangi when applicable.

All reservations request may be made directly with our iStudio Retail Stores that you wish to make the purchase from directly (subjective to stock availabilities).

Pre-orders

Should your pre-order be for a coming soon item, it will be ready for delivery / collection on the day of launch in Singapore unless otherwise mentioned.

If your pre-order is for customised Mac models or Out of Stock models (if available), it may take approximately 3-4 weeks from date of order and full payment made for the order to ready for deliery / collection.

Unfortunately this means that the model you have chosen is currently sold out for pre-orders, you may wish to consider an alternative variant or opt for the 'Notify Me' when stocks are available for online purchase.

Yes, you may nominate someone else to collect on your behalf, we will require you to provide us the Full Name (as per NRIC) and Contact Number of the nominee for us to also verify on-site the nominee is collecting as intended.

Customised Models

If your pre-order is for customised Mac models, it may take approximately 3-4 weeks from date of order and full payment made for the order to ready for deliery / collection.

Unfortunately, we do not offer technical specifications upgrade services at iStudio. You may however wish to consult your nearest Apple Authorised Service Provider on this if they do provide the requested services.

Customer Support

Our Customer Support Team operates on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays) between 9am to 6pm. We seek your kind patience as we may experience high volume of queries from time to time.

Please do kindly check your spam/junk inbox folder if you may have received any email responses from us that may have been diverted there by your email provider.

We do apologise that we do not offer callback services, please kindly reach out to our Customer Support via email or Facebook/Instagram messenger. This is also for us to ensure that all queries are properly recorded and documented.


Order Delivery

Purchases made for Free Shipping between Mondays - Friday (excluding Public Holidays and Festive Periods) before 11am may be delivered to you as early as the next day.

Deliveries may take up to 1-5 days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) to reach you.

Anyone in your household may receive your delivery on your behalf.

Should you not be in when the delivery takes place, you may reschedule the arrangement with the courier directly.

We do regret to share that we do not provide for deliveries out of Singapore. Should you be an overseas patron shopping with us at iStudio Online, you may make a purchase online with us and opt for self-collection at our iStudio Retail Store.

Your order may take between 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) to be delivered to your preferred store for collection. You may check your account for the order status, once it is updated to delivered, your order is ready for collection.


Tax-Free Purchases

You may enjoy tax-free prices when making your purchases with us at our iStudio Retail Stores in the Singapore Changi Airport when presented with a valid Boarding Pass departing/transiting from Singapore on the day of purchase.

Yes, you will only be required to present your Boarding Pass departing/transiting from Singapore in order to be eligible to enjoy tax-free prices when shopping with us in the Singapore Changi Airport.

We regret to share that tax-free prices are only available at our iStudio Retail Stores in the Singapore Changi Airport when presented with a valid Boarding Pass departing/transiting from Singapore on the day of purchase in compliance with the local tax regulations.

If you are a tourist in Singapore, you may be pleased to know that you are eligible for tax refunds when shopping with us at iStudio. Please kindly provide your physical passport when making your payment at our iStudio Retail Stores or when collecting your online purchase at our iStudio Retail Stores and our iStudio Expert will assist you with the issuance of the eTRS slip for your filing of tax refunds at the respective tax refund counters prior to your departure from Singapore.

We do apologise that tax-free prices at our iStudio Retail Stores in the Singapore Changi Airport are not applicable for Cabin Crews.

Unfortunately you will be required to present your physical passport when making payment for your purchase or when collecting your online purchase at our iStudio Retail Stores in order for our iStudio Experts to assist you with the issuance of the eTRS slip for your filing for tax-refunds.


Apple Product Purchases

Products with cosmetic imperfections or defects are not eligible for exchange. We regret to share that iStudio and/or Apple does not provide warranty for cosmetic imperfections or defects.

You may wish to visit your nearest Apple Authorised Service Provider for the respective device assessment and repair/replacement services (where applicable).

Unfortunately AppleCare has to be purchased together with the Apple device in the same receipt. AppleCare is not available to be sold separately at iStudio.

Unfortunately all purchases are final and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We regret to share that the engraving service is only exclusively available through Apple Online Store (selected products only).

Third Party Product Purchases

You may reach out to the iStudio Retail Store that you have made the purchase with for advisory if you are able to make an exchange in-store or if you will be required to visit the brand distributor's service centre for the respective service.

To better help define lifetime warranty, it is in reference to the product's lifetime and not the lifetime of the end-user. Thus should the purchase product/device be no longer manufactured or distributed, the lifetime warranty will also no longer be applicable for claims.

Unfortunately all purchases are final and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

General Sales Queries

Unfortunately we do not provide for such amendments. All purchase receipts provided will indicate the store location purchased from accordingly.

You may reach out to our Customer Support Team with your request and we will assist you with your request accordingly. However please kindly note that we may reject requests for purchases more than 3 years ago or insufficient information provided.
