How Do I Make A Reservation?
Step 1: Head down to any of our iStudio retail store(s).
Step 2: Approach any of our iStudio experts and they will assist you with the reservation at your preferred iStudio Airport Terminal store(s). Reservation can only be made 5 days before departure.
Example: The earliest you can make a reservation for your flight on Saturday is Monday. (Departure date 24th June 2023, earliest reservation must be made on 19th June 2023).

Step 3: A 10% deposit of the product price without GST will be required for reservation of products. Deposit must be made by cash only.
Example: iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB cost S$1,840.19 without GST, the cost of 10% deposit will be S$184.02
Step 4: On the day of departure, head down to the preferred iStudio Airport Terminal store(s) with your Passport, Valid Boarding Pass and Deposit Note and our iStudio experts will assist you with your Apple products and payment.
Terms and Conditions
By reserving a product, you agree to the following terms and conditions
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making a reservation.
- Traveller Reservation is only valid 5 days before travel date.
- A 10% deposit of the product price without GST will be required for reservation of products.
- The Traveller's Reservation Deposit Note will expire after departure date.
- You agree to pick up and make the remaining payment at the designated time and location
- In case of flight cancellation or rescheduling, communication should be made to feedback@istudiosg.com
- If you do not pick up the product at the designated time and location, your reservation will be canceled.
- Other Terms and Conditions, including relevant Consumer Protection legislations, apply.
- iStudio Singapore reserves the rights to amend, vary or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Our iStudio Airport Terminal store(s) operating hours: 6:00am to 1:00am
