Shipping & Delivery

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. For more info, please read Site Terms of Use.

Another email will be sent to you when we are processing your order, as well as when your product is ready for collection or has been shipped out accordingly.

 

Free Local Delivery (Temporarily Unavailable)

All orders via www.istudiosg.com comes with the option for Free local delivery. 

All orders that have opted for Free local delivery will take between 3-5 working days from date of processing to reach you (excluding Weekends, Public Holidays and Festive Periods such as Lunar New Year / Christmas). 

Orders made between Friday, 11am – Sunday will only be dispatched and collected by the courier on Monday or the next working day should Monday fall on a Public Holiday and/or Festive Period.

Delivery is not available for locations such as Jurong Island, Military Camps / Bases, Singapore Changi Airport, Tuas, Fishery Ports, Sentosa Island and etc. Delivery is also not available outside of Singapore or to PO boxes.


Click & Collect

This service allows you to check stocks available at the various iStudio Retail Stores and make an online purchase. You may proceed to the selected store during retail hours for collection.

Present your PDF receipt (found in your order confirmation email) to our staff to collect your order.


Collect at Preferred store (Temporarily Unavailable)
Selected items in your checkout cart may not be available for Click & Collect at the store you wish to make your collection from, you may then opt for Collect at Preferred store where your order will be prepared for collection at your chosen iStudio Retail Store within 3-5 working days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).

You may proceed to collect your order at your preferred store when you have received an email and/or text notification from Urbanfox. It will be sent to the email address and mobile number provided at checkout. Present your PDF receipt (found in your order confirmation email) to our staff to collect your order.


Important note: If you are unable to collect your order, please complete the Letter of Authorisation and have the authorised person present a soft or hard copy during collection.
